DMCA Policy

ExchangeCore has a strict policy against illegal activities on our servers. We will investigate any formal DMCA complaint sent to us and take appropriate action.

ExchangeCore will not release any information from a client's account unless required to do so by law. This includes contact information and files.

How to file a DMCA Notice

We will only accept DMCA notices with the following information:

• Contact Information
• FULL Name, Address, Phone & Email
• Your relation to the work (Owner / Representing owner)
• Information regarding the location of the violating work
• Include a statement that the information you have provided is accurate, under penalty of perjury

The notice should be sent to legal@exchangecore.com. Notices received through any other method will be ignored.
