We use Intel® Sandy Bridge Quad-Core CPUs in our servers. Hard-drives are in RAID arrays, protecting your data from hardware failures. Our hardware is server-grade equipment from SuperMicro and Western Digital.
Our datacenter, located in Kansas City, Missouri, utilizes multiple backbone connectivity providers to ensure constant network availability. The facility is protected against electrical failures by two reduntant utility power feeds on diverse power grids. UPS systems and diesel generators are an additional backup source, with enough onsite fuel for 24 hours.
Our servers run the latest stable CentOS and cPanel releases available, and we constantly monitor them for threats. We also perform multiple daily, offsite, encrypted backups to make sure your data is never lost on our account.

Q: What is your server uptime?
A: We gurantee that your website will be available for at least 99% of every month. If it isn't, we'll refund you for the entire month! (Exclusions apply, see Terms of Service for details.)
Q: What happens if my site is down more than 1% of the month?
A: Provided the resulting cause is covered by our uptime gurantee we'll credit your account with the base monthly cost of your package.
Q: What is the account setup time?
A: Accounts are created immediatly after we recieve payment. Domain transfers may take up to 7 days, depending of the previous provider's system.
Q: I need a plan different than what you have listed. Can you help me?
A: Absolutely! Send our pre-sales department (sales@exchangecore.com) a message describing your needs and we'll do our best to find something just right for you.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: Currently we use paypal to process all of our electronic transactions. We also accept mail in payment in the form of check, cash, or money order (made payable to ExchangeCore).
Q: Do you offer reseller accounts?
A: At this time reseller accounts are not available.
